- "Surprise" is a trail that is popular with the race team for practice and official races which can tell you the quality of this trail.

The best way to access "Surprise" is to take "Vista Express" lift and take "Loggers Loop" to "Woodchuck".

"Surprise" is steep and straight it's entire length and merges with "Loggers Loop" as you get back down to Mid-Mountain.
