Description

Little Raven is a slanted, expert, black bump run in the trees that is the first right-hand turn off of Eagle Wind Lift, so it requires less traversing, and is one of the first trails in Eagle Wind Territory to get tracked up on a big pow day.

Trees get thicker as you descend.

Most of the marked trails in Eagle Wind Territory are not that defined; they’re just general markers for this large area of tree skiing that all funnels out into Upper Egress.

The snow conditions are sweet back in Eagle Wind Territory because it faces north and really gets dumped on.

The trees protect the snow from the wind and the sun, and keep the powder fresh and soft.
