Description

Finger Chute #1 is the first in a series of chutes hidden in plain sight.

Just to the skiers right of Flyin Floyds and starting partway down that chute, Finger Chute #1 offers less "under the chair pressure" than its neighbor.

Dive into Flyin Floyds for a turn or two, then stay on the right rib and enter the trees.

Three chutes are hidden here.

This is the first one.

Watch for tight timber and downed trees guarding the entrance.

When filled in and open, this little chute offers 400 vertical feet of less-popular turns.

Hit Northway trail to the bottom of the lift for another lap on Northway.
