The southern most pitch of horseshoe bowl is named stampede, possibly due to it's pitch that will force skiers all the way to the bottom with no room for a break in the middle.
Make sure to have your A-game with you as you drop in, and check your nerves at the door.
There will be times you cannot see your next turns, but there are not many obstacles here, just challenging steep pitches, and moguls when the snow is not fresh.
Due to the aspect this run faces, the snow is typically soft, but that doesn't mean easy.
Only when you get to the bottom is it time rest and reflect, which is typically the best part.
