Description

If you've ever ridden the Peak 2 Peak Gondola, then chances are you have looked down and have noticed the lift line that runs below on Blackcomb before crossing to Whistler.

Yes, that is a fun line in the glades that can be skied.

Luger's Run is not overly steep but still requires more technical tree skiing abilities than other local gladed runs due to it's longer length, and out of the way location.

This is a worthy line to try when the alpine is experiencing tough weather conditions.

Located off Easy Out, it is in close proximity to the Rendezvous Lodge which allows it to be unaffected by alpine storm closures that might be plaguing other quality lines located throughout the mountain.

Luger's Run starts off Easy Out, but can also be started by way of Last Resort, and continues a lengthy way down to the Sunset Boulevard groomed road.

This is your last option to exit out of here, as going too far will put you in a precarious situation with no easy exit.

Taking a right once you hit Sunset Boulevard will lead you back to the Solar Coaster Express.

The lift line required some selective cutting of trees - leaving the trees here well spaced, however best conditions require a decent snowfall and base for these runs to be enjoyed to their full potential.

You will be able to pick up on the condition of this line by merely looking down when riding the Peak 2 Peak on the Blackcomb side which will give you a bird's eye view of current conditions.
