Description

A popular entrance into Avalanche Basin, Jervy Squirt starts as a broad face and narrows into two main gullies.

The upper portion of this 500 vertical foot run is steep, but fortunately protected from cornices.

Small alpine firs dot the steep face, but quickly give way to two prominent gullies split by a tree island.

The right-hand chute is larger and hemmed in by the edge of A-Basin Buttress.

Below these gullies the run opens into Avalanche Basin.

Access by either Southback gate.

Traverse around the back of the Throne.

Jervy Squirt starts just past the narrow entrance to Hogdoggle.
