Description

An undulating slope bordered by trees and ending in a steep face, Deer Fly offers a challenging route on the lower slopes of Crystal.

Access either from the bottom of Upper Ferk's or Cutover.

The upper portion of this run is fairly easy, and the lower portion steepens up.

This last face gives this run it's black diamond rating.

However, this is a relatively short face, so this is a good run for intermediates wanting to challenge themselves on a black diamond.
