[/img] ## Access * From [[waypoints/104203|Ref.

Albert 1er]], reach the glacier and follow [[routes/53774|normal road]] in the direction of the Col du Tour.

towards 3100 m, turn left (NE) to reach the bottom of the Table corridor, clearly visible (1h30). * From [[waypoints/103962|Cab.

de Trient]] (or [[waypoints/103956|de Orny]]), cross the Plateau du Trient following [[routes/137066|vía normal]] and, around 2/3 of the plateau, turn left towards the upper pass of Tour.

Pass the pass (easier than the Col du Tour), descend towards the Tour glacier then, avoiding the rocky spur designated by elevation 3250m, go up towards the Table corridor, well visible (1h30, resp.

2h). ## Itinerary Pass the rimaya on the right and climb straight up the corridor (40-45°) avoiding the central channel, conducive to falling stones and ice blocks.

A little before the middle of the corridor (before it becomes rocky and from the middle of the season), take the left (medium rock, sandy) to reach the ridge, since then we start climbing the ridge.

then follow the ridge to below the Table (several possible itineraries, rather remain refuge side and reach the ridge side W to the level of the "table" by a corridor). To climb on the Table, there are 2 alternatives : either by the "foot" of the Table, passing a short step per exposed and difficult to protect even for the second (III max.

IV, 1,50m; a large cleft facilitates the passage), or by the wall against which the Table is placed, alternative easier to protect but also more difficult and physical (IV+ even more; sometimes lines and/or straps for the pedals). Then, pass the wall over the Table, then continue along the edge, sometimes aerial, that leads to the pass that marks the start of the runner.

If we remain on the edge of the ridge, reach the hill by dexterity the last highlight on the left (NW side) or with a small abseil of 5 m (rope ring). The itinerary then arrives at the classic [[routes/54105|corredor de la Table]] and its route of edge, easier and route than the same edge of the Table.

thus to arrive at the antecima marked by a cross, then the summit S of the needle of Tour. #### Alternative : Integral SW edge *we can also go up the whole of the ridge starting a little before the Couloir de la Table, walking rather to the left of the edge of the ridge.

finally, start the rock several times to the left of the corridor.

in this first part the rock is very mediocre (monticulus of plates).

care to the falls of stones and try the blocks for insurance. ##Descent to go down the normal way of the needle of Tour, side N, very marked by the footprints of crampons that polished the rock.<br/><br/>_This Adventure has been shared under the [Creative Commons Share Alike](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.5/) licence._
