Description

## Upward From Le Couteray follow the 4×4 track of Loriaz shortly after the first hairpin take the right pedestrian path, follow this path until you reach the track at Les Granges.

Follow a path on the side passing through the middle of the alpine chalets at 1566 m.

The path is marked out for snowshoeing towards the place called Sur le Rocher, it is also possible to continue by the little marked path in winter passing at the foot of the Chevrette corridor when the snow conditions are good (this path corresponds to the summer route for the valley of Tré les Eaux). Then the route is done by sight by passing by the point quoted 1589 m on Ign, a small valley in the middle of larch trees and some pines led to the foot of the Tête des Combasses at 1654 m. The summit in the middle of the trees nevertheless offers a very beautiful view of the Tour basin and its needles. ## Return From the top, always in sight, go down towards the place called Sur le Rocher.

Keep in a NE direction, thus avoiding the risk of rocky bars passing over the valley of Bérard.

Shortly before Sur le Rocher, return to the path coming from the Bérard valley, arrive at the chalets and follow the path indicated for the return to Le Couteray or the hamlet of Le Buet.

This path is quite steep at first.

_This Adventure has been shared under the [Creative Commons Share Alike](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.5/) licence._
