##Ascent From Commeire join the village exit at the NW.

Go up by a path then through pastures and mazots to Dzandena.

Take a path through the forest towards Les Beux and continue towards Les Arpalles by the forest road.

Cross a small avalanche corridor and continue to the beautiful and gentle slopes of Les Arpalles.

Go up N direction the Chargerat pass.

From the pass, continue the summit slope towards W. ##Descending Go down the same route ####Variant From the top, there is a steeper corridor heading full S. Once the avalanche corridor has passed, put the skins back on to reach Les Beux in 5min by a small path upstream of the ascent road.
