Description

##Ascent 1 From La Chévrerie, follow the cross-country ski trail to Le Plan des Rasses and continue along the forest road and then the path from the SE side of La Tête des Follys to the summit (1768 m). ##Descending 1 Go down into the N side, wide and a little stiff but not exposed, until the flat. ##Ascent 2 Go up to Pointe des Follys (1713 m) via Col des Bétets (1602 m) and S ridge.

Take the NW wooded ridge, for 10-20 m and cross to the right by martyrising some veins to enter the N face of Pointe des Follys. ##Descending 2 (The direct departure from the summit does not pass because of a small rocky bar).

Go down the face into the basin of the Bray pasture and pull to the left again to catch up with the 1542 m pass and the Bray road.

Leave the Bray on the right and join the Léchère (1400 m). ##Ascent 3 Then go back up to Les Bétets and then to Col des Bétets.

From there, go up to the Tête des Follys via the NW ridge. ##Descending 3 From the top, follow the ridge towards the S until you reach the Col des Follys.

It is also possible to go down the E side of the ridge (the Returns).

A third option is to reach the Col des Follys directly, without going through the summit, by the W side of the ridge by a level road.

Go down the pretty combe NE under the Roc de la Tournette and join the plan of Les Rasses by cutting through the forest, not very dense, then by the ascent route.

La Chévrerie is quickly reached (by skating) by the cross-country track.

_This Adventure has been shared under the [Creative Commons Share Alike](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.5/) licence._
