Pretty little half-day race, well suited to initiation and discovery of the activity: The slopes are gentle and the view to the summit is beautiful. It is a pity that part of the itinerary is in front of the Praz-sur-Arly estate.

See[http://www.mairie-prazsurarly.fr/articles.php?art=530] (http://www.mairie-prazsurarly.fr/articles.php?art=530). !!! **Hikers are advised not to enter. ##Ascent img=206183 right]Crêt de Véry (VN and Combe NW) and Sangle (corridor W)[/img] ####Since Leutaz follow the pedestrian path towards "les Fontanettes", then "Barchamp", "Planay", "les Têtes", "le Stiard" until "Chevan". ####From Praz to Arly From the piste parking lot join SE the cross-country ski piste and after crossing the torrent at the end of the loop go up the slopes on the left to reach the end of the road.

From there (where you can leave the car) take the steep E road right away, then SE to the mountainside.

Pass a first farm (Les Frassies), and at the second farm take the path to the left and reach a small hill.

Follow the path full S and lead into the Chevan mountain pasture. From the Chevan mountain pasture, go along on your left under the cliff of "Sangle" until you reach an altitude of 1836 m, and finally turn left into the wall towards the chalet de Véry.
