Description

##Ascent Go up the Chevenne road in the direction of the chalets de Mens.

Walk past the Etable refreshment bar and cross the footbridge that crosses the brook of Séchet.

Climb a few hundred meters into the forest following a wide path that comes back to the stream you have to cross (heaving often necessary). A little higher up, we arrive near a slope scattered with small fir trees and a few vernes.

Go up this slope by aiming at the Chevenne corridor that dominates it and take a choke or a wider slope on the left.

Then follow the bottom of the corridor, which is quite wide at first, then straightens up a little and above all becomes a little narrow and incised in the last 200 metres. The last few meters, steep, and a cornice more or less important depending on the season can provide a last resistance. We then exit on the inclined plate of the S side.

The summit is reached by a not very difficult climb (II) in rocks or even a little snow on the right of the summit ridge.

Then cross towards the W along a slightly aerial snowy ridge to reach the top (cairn).

Other accesses are possible further to the W. ##Ski down By the same route. Note that it is possible to ski from the summit via a system of corridors on the S side (""S Express"): short but steep and exposed. ##Foot descent Go down from the summit to the level of the Chevenne corridor and continue in the E direction on the small Chauffé (path), not deviating from the ridge (a few steps of de-escalation). At the level of a plate, go down quite directly S on a grassy slope that brings the base of a rocky bar, then take grass slopes along a wood to reach the chalets of La Raille. Chalets go down to the N by a very good path (signpost), quite steep at the end, to quickly reach the ascent path along the Sechet stream which leads very quickly to the chalets of Chevenne.

_This Adventure has been shared under the [Creative Commons Share Alike](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.5/) licence._
