[img=157980 right]Great Points[/img] ##Ascent From Le Peuty, on the left bank of the Trient, follow the road that leads to a bridge in front of the chalet du glacier (1583 m).

Either, by light snowfall pass right bank, or continue left bank.

At about 1700 m, enter a SW-NE oriented valley, climb it up to a flat (2100 m).

Aim for the slope N of the Croix des Bérons, pass N of point 2547 m, and go up the Bérons glacier to reach a small pass (2902 m) located S of the Croix.
