Easy, fun, long runs, virgin terrain!! There is a 40 min easy hike from "Portes" towards the end of Gerondovrachos' end.
Then there is a nice ride down the face traversing to the left passing on the other side of the gorge.
There is a an easy run in smooth shaped bowls with a small hike in the middle.
the run finishes with a fun tree run.
