Description
Starting early, set out up the side of the Le Tour glacier and head over the Col Superior du Tour, 3288m, and into Switzerland.
Views from the summit are breath-taking and stretch out all the way to the Matterhorn, your final destination.
From here you descend all the way to your overnight destination, Champex, 1466m, stopping for lunch on the way at the Cabane d'Orny.
