Description

This steep pitch sits directly under Rainier Express.

The terrain from Lucky Shot to Upper Ferk's is known as the Frontside.

The most popular run on the Frontside, Sunnyside is the long, ungroomed run directly under the chair.

Breakover is the steep pitch about halfway down.

Head to Sunnyside when you're on your A game, as you will be seen by everyone riding this busy chair.

The slope starts easy and mogul-filled on all but a powder day.

At Breakover, the slope pitches steeply, and can get scraped down to rock by novices.

In early season before it is filled in, watch the cat track three-quarters of the way down as there is a big drop off here.

Finish off the run under the chair on some well-spaced moguls before ending at Upper Arwines.
