Description

South Face is accessed by taking South Face Access trail off the top of Sherwood Express.

As you leave the trees on the Access trail, you will have a large south facing slope in front of you.

There are some natural gullies and ridges for some variety on the way down.

It has a nice steep black diamond pitch and is fun on powder days as it's wide open.

Fun in soft spring snow conditions as well.

As you get lower veer left towards the Sherwood Chair Line so that you don't end up in the creek.
