Description
Mine Shaft is a great run from the top of Dercum Mountain off the back going down to the bottom of North Peak.
It has a long and fun pitch that is an easy black compared to the others at Keystone.
This is considerably harder when left ungroomed, as you’ll find a long bump run.
When groomed this a great cruiser.
Check the grooming report to find out whether they have groomed it or not.
I think it’s best when they groomed it before a good storm as the pitch is wide open and the powder delicious.
Others love the face shots when bumped with a layer of powder on top.
It joins up with Mozart so be careful when it intersects for slower people.
