FATMAP difficulty grade
## Day 1 From Zernez station (1475 m, train every hour from Zürich with 1 or 2 changes, 2h30, the 1<sup>er</sup> arrives at 9h10), follow the signs for Ofenpass then Alp Laschadura, go up the whole Val Laschadura to Fuorcla Stragliavita (2687 m, non-existent path and lacunar markings on the top).
Go down to the N side of the endless Val Sampuoir (semi-existing trail and signposting to the Plan Surröven mountain pasture, 2256 m, then good trail and track) to the 1298 m bridge over the Inn.
Go back up to Ardez (1430 m) then take the equally infinite Val Tasna, which is completely followed to the Futschöl Pass by a signposted route (path and tracks, rock on the top).
Go down the Austrian side to the Jamtalhütte (2165 m).
39 km, +2800m / -2100m, 8-9h in moderate trail style, 15-17h in hiking (in this case sleep in Ardez halfway). ## Day 2 From the hut, descend to Galtür (1530 m) by footpath or by asphalt road (10 km).
A track on the left bank of the stream leads to the hamlet of Peil, from where the excellent marked trail for the Friedrichshafenerhütte (2138 m) runs.
Still on a good marked path, steep on the top, reach the Schafbicheljoch pass (2638 m) and descend towards Tyrol the endless but magnificent Verwall valley for almost 20 km, passing by the Konstanzerhütte and ending by the Rosannaschlucht gorges which lead to the village of Sankt Anton am Arlberg (station, 2h30 by direct train to Zürich, the last one at 7pm).
