[img=468112 right]Du col des Fours au col de la Seigne[/img] ## From the Col des Fours to the Ville des Glaciers ### Ascent from the Refuge de la Croix du Bonhomme go up, turning right onto the marked TMB path that leads to the Col des Fours 2665m. From the hill in 20min you can climb to the lookout of the Tête N des Fours 2765m. ### Descent from the hill you descend carefully on sloping snowfields (at the beginning of the season ice axe necessary), you quickly reach the stream, follow the shore and then cross and reach the Chalets des Tuf 1993m. An easy mule track leads to the Ville des Glaciers 1789m. ## Refuge des Mottets and Col de la Seigne From Ville des Glaciers (shuttles from Bourg Saint Maurice) descend to the torrent des Glaciers along the road just below the chapel.
After the bridge go up the left bank reaching the refuge 1870m. From behind the refuge, follow the marked path on a steep grassy slope, then along an undulating path (possible avalanche residue at the beginning of the season) to reach Col de la Seigne 2516, an imposing little man and remains of military buildings. [img=450980 right]Aiguille des Glaciers - Arrivée au Refuge Elisabetta[/img] ## Val Veny - Elisabeth Refuge from the hill you go down to the Pyramides Calcaires and passing through the restored barracks of [Espace Mont Blanc] (http://www.autourdumontblanc.com/it/index.cfm/casermetta-espace-mont-blanc.html), you reach the lower Alps of the Lex Blanche and then the Refuge Elisabetta Soldini 2185m.
