Description

## Rise From the entrance of the tunnel (1825m), follow the Bielsa harbour path up to 2150m, end of the faces of the Riou Nère waterfall.

then turn left, NE, rising gently to surround the spur W of the Pène Abeillère, then rise to the E until a suspected valley (2463m).

head towards the Pène Abeillère and reach the S ridge of the Garlitz which you climb without difficulty up to the antecima S (2786m).

The access to the peak of Garlitz is not difficult but needs a little care in the decomposed "schistes" (small climbing). ## Down cautiously go down the N edge, on the inclined and aerial "schisteuses" plates, being close to the thread.

you get a small highlight.

Possible passage through a corner on the left (II+ uncomfortable, old tape to rappel 5-6 meters).

then return to the line, always in a delicate terrain and reach the wide hill (2674m).

go down to Lake Catchet (milestones), first to the right on a steep ledge (a little aerial if snowfall), and cross to the left after the central cut and quietly go down to the beautiful Lake Catchet (2225m).

Follow the good path that leads to the valley, 1 km from the car park.

_This Adventure has been shared under the [Creative Commons Share Alike](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.5/) licence._
