Description

##Ascent to Passet Pass From the hamlet of Siseray (church of Vallorcine) take the road to the hamlet of Molard, follow the itinerary of the Cascades de Barberine.

The beginning of the hike takes place on a pretty forest path on a mountainside, up to the point of view on the Cascade (1322 m) (0h20) From the Cascades, the trail becomes steeper and quickly leads to a small rocky valley that must be climbed.

Find the undergrowth and follow the red markings and cairns clearly indicated.

At point 1426 m, follow the sign for Col du Passet, the path then becomes very steep up to the pass, where it leads to a stone quarry.

(2h00) ##Traversée Loriaz Once at the pass, admire Lake Emosson and the Vallorcine valley.

Take the path that starts on the left and signposted Loriaz.

Cross some rocky passages (handrails in delicate places) and join the path on the side of the Barberine and Loriaz mountains - until the Loriaz Refuge.

(1h30) ##Descending Vallorcine le Siseray From the refuge, go down the track and at the cross visible below, take the left track.

Continue the descent in the middle of the mountain pastures and then return to the forest.

At the second fork, turn left again to find the hamlet of Siseray.
