Composed of three distinct "faces", Lucky Shot steepens and shallows, offering fun variety.

Hit Lucky Shot in the morning, when the slope is still smooth.

Later in the day this run becomes rutted and mogul-filled.

The first face of Lucky Shot is the easiest, dropping off the Powder Pass road below Powder Bowl.

The second face is steeper and the third face is steeper still.

At the bottom of the third face, continue straight to Gandy's Run or follow Rainier Express to the bottom.
