Description

The entrance to Lorelei is on Bambi.

Trees form a gate at the entrance, which is flat.

On the other side of the trees, Lorelei opens into a semi-bowl, where, to the far left, there are some lines through light trees.

The far right is far steeper and more densely treed.

All lines come together just before the bottom and it finishes at the bottom of Lift 7 on the back side.

Lorelei is popular with early advanced skiers and adventurous intermediates for its sense of isolation and pretty setting.

Lorelei gets a lot of sun.

In the spring, the snow melts during the day and freezes overnight.

It’s not a good idea to go in here before the sun has a chance to soften it up.

Get in there too late and it could be slush.
