Description

Twin Trees Chute is a well-cut chute with a straight, consistent line from top to bottom and a pitch that’s steep, but not overwhelmingly so.

There are some fun lines in the trees on both sides.

Twin Trees is the perfect setting for epic ski movie powder footage, however, it has a southern aspect and gets full New Mexico sun all day.

If you can score the trifecta of the right temperature, the right snow and the right time, take it.

There are a couple ways into Twin Trees.

The main line can be accessed by staying on the Highline ridge as you pass above Corner Chute and cross to the other side of the Treskow Ridge.

This entrance isn't open all that often.

Another way in is to take Twin Trees Trib.
