Chongos is a fun double black diamond tree run off of the Apex Lift (lift 6).
There are a lot of different lines to ski in Chongos, some that are less gladed than others.
There are a couple of cliff bands in Chongos, so be sure to obey all signs and warnings as to their whereabouts.
The snow in Chongos tends to stay in pretty good shape.
If you ski Chongos in its entirety, you'll end up on Lower Happy Thought, a blue groomer, that will take you back down to the Apex Lift.
You can also duck out of Chongos and ski Giant Steps, a double black bump run, that will take you down to the base of the Apex Lift.
This run is never too crowded, and is great for the adventurous expert skier looking for a fun and steep tree run.
