Thunderbowl Bump Skiing

Starting from the unloading station at the top of the Thunderbowl lift, head toward the lift line.

As you approach the horizon line, pines and aspens will form natural borders as you begin to drop into the moguls.

This 800 vertical foot run remains demand throughout, with large moguls and low snow conditions due to its low elevation.

The trees skiers right offer opportunities for powder stations, if you catch this one on a powder morning, or stick to the wide open bumps down the lift line.

The run naturally begins to narrow as you approach the P-Chutes Road.

Stick with the lift line to continue your descent down through a more narrow choke just after the road, or head skiers right to find the extreme terrain of "Audacious." If you continue down "Separator" you'll encounter steeper, narrower turns that will challenge advanced skiers.

You'll find some relief at the end of this long run once you hit the "Upper Jerome" blue run for some easy cruising down to the bottom of the base village.
