Description

Gold Hill 2 is a double black diamond extreme run that can be accessed by hiking a groomed cat track from the Revelation Lift (lift 15).

Get off of this lift and to your left is the access gate to the Gold Hill Chutes.

The hike is steep in some spots but is doable because the track is groomed and well maintained, the hike should take you around 15 minutes.

Gold Hill 2 is wide open pretty much throughout and is very rocky at the top-beware of untracked snow at the top that hides the rocks underneath! This chute does not hold snow well, and is prone to avalanches so it is not open very often.

This chute skis down to a Goat Path which will take you to The Fans, where you'll find great snow.
