Description

Although this slope is only a couple of hundred meters long, it offers some of the resort's steepest groomed terrain and is often home to the best snow conditions.

Take the left-hand Engetal blue run for 200m before dropping off to the right, where the wide and steep piste awaits.

If there is fresh snow then dip in and out off the sides of the slope as these areas regularly hold some of Mürren's deepest and fluffiest snow.

Once at the bottom of the main pitch you rejoin the right-hand Engetal piste for the blast back down to the Riggli chair.

This is a great place to improve your short turns or to move your carving turns on to a steeper slope.
