Description

Out of Control is only for experienced fearless experts.

It is an angled snowfield that takes you into Northwest above the rock crux.

Falling would have dire consequences.

Get almost to Northwest, crossing under the bomb line that is on the cornice just to the South of Northwest Passage.

You will be looking down a steep ramp.

Head onto the ramp looking left as you make careful turns.

First there is a tight chute which may be in, then an angled snowfield, then another chute.

The snowfield is probably the one you want.

Be careful of punching through the snow and hitting rocks as you make your way off the fall line and left into Northwest.

This area remains cold and doesn't see the sun, but could be sluffed out form patroler bombs.

Very late in the lift served season is a great time to hit Out of Control.
