Be inspired by 5 works of art, the whole way is 9 km long.

The northern part in Hessenthal (station 6-9) has a length of about 3 km, the southern part about 6 km.

The path starts at Mespelbrunn Castle, branches off to the right into the chapel path before the ice pavilion and follows the beautiful high-level path through small woods, fruit tree groves and meadows, decorated with sheep, horses and cattle, with a magnificent view of the village and the Spessart landscape.

At the water treading facility you go up again, where you also have a perfect view of Hessenthal and the pilgrimage church.

The way back follows flat paths along the Elsava.

A detailed description of the route can be found on the homepage of the parish.

Parking is available at the parking lot at Mespelbrunn Palace, at the public parking lot at the Wanderheim, at the Maximilian Kolbe Church and in front of the pilgrimage church.
