Description

This stage of the ARBERLAND Round is rather short with not so many metres of altitude difference.

But you shouldn't underestimate them, because a long ascent and a single trail await you up to the wagon latch.

We start in Frauenau with the first ascent to Ochsenberg.

A descent down to Flanitzhütte follows.

The rest of the way leads via Althütte to the highest point of the tour, the Wagensonnriegel.

Continue to Waldhaus, from here a steep descent on asphalt leads to Grünbichl and Schlag.

The route leads over undulating terrain to Untermitterdorf, where a further ascent to Berneck follows.

Mostly on forest roads you cycle through the forest to Dösingerried and down to Käsermühl.

The last kilometres to the Bischofsmais tour destination lead uphill for the last time.
