Description

The start of this tour is at the Brauereigasthof Eck, from where you first cycle up to the village of Böbrach.

Parallel to the Rothbach, continue on asphalt gravel paths along the road towards Bodenmais.

You will pass the small hamlets of Sternhammer, Kothinghammer and Hammerbruck.

After crossing the Rothbach stream shortly before Miesleuthen, the mountainous part of the tour begins after the rather flat section.

Passing Riederin rocks and Quarzbruch, you reach the Strohmannhanselhöhe, the highest point of the tour, after about nine kilometres.

A downhill gravel road now provides recovery.

Via Harlachberg, Obersteinhaus and Dirnberg you reach the Rothbachtal, cross the brook over the Muhrsteg and follow it to the Böbrachmühle.

Continue uphill to the car park/information stand and then cycle via Gstaudach to the Wiedkapelle.

The tour runs through the underpass via the Ödhof back to Böbrach and to the starting point Brauereigasthof Eck.
