Description

An immediate left at the top of the Lauberhorn chairlift gives way to a very steep and sometimes icy pitch that is great for short turn practice.

This continues for 150 m or so before giving way to some undulating terrain that allows you to pick up some great speed and maybe even air off the drop offs, but you can stay under control due to the short upward sections.

Following this undulating section it narrows into a natural half pipe, giving great turns up the side walls.

A sharp right then takes you past a mountain restaurant before returning to Kleine Scheidegg; a bit of speed is recommended to avoid an uncomfortable push back up to the Lauberhorn chairlift.

The first pitch is probably the only section of the run worthy of black rating, but the rest gives opportunity for some high speed cruising and carving turns.
