G Gully, or to the locals, Gravity Pulls is a steep chute that almost has an open bowl feeling when you drop in.
The Ultimate Steeps are an extremely steep area full of chutes that are for experts only.
To get there, take the Summit Platter to the top of Mt.
Whitehorn (8652 ft).
The view of the Canadian Rockies is inspiring.
Behind you is the Lake Louise area with Mt Temple and Fairview Mt in front of the actual lake.
To your left is Hikers Paradise and straight ahead is Richardson's Ridge.
Best to scope your entrance from the lower Boomerang first.
Take a left off the Summit Platter and make your way to the last Ultimate Steeps entrance.
Find the Bowl-esque entrance to Gravity Pulls.
The chute funnels out at small cliff band.
These chutes usually have great sun in the afternoon but can be difficult to navigate in a whiteout.
Descend and meet up the cat track to meet up the Paradise Chair for seconds or down to the Ptarmigan or Larch Chairs to further explore the backside.
The Ptarmigan also takes you back to the Front Side.
