Description

On the circular route from Mittelberg-Bödmen there are several rest and refreshment stops: Bernhards Gemstelalpe (1310 m), Hintere Gemstelhütte (1320 m) and Naturalpe Gemstel-Schönesboden (1310 m).

At Bernhard's Gemstelalp, homemade products such as organic mountain cheese, milk, yoghurt, soups, various hard sausages, snacks, omelettes, Kaiserschmarrn and cakes are offered.

The Hintere Gemstelhütte at the foot of the Widdersteins offers hearty snacks, cakes and original Austrian apple strudel as a speciality.

For the little guests there is a playground.

Depending on the snow conditions, the Naturalpe Gemstel-Schönesboden (GenussHütte) is open from mid-May to the end of October.

There is a spacious sun terrace and a children's playground for the little hikers.

Snacks and drinks are served.

Specialities are warm ham from the smoking oven and homemade mountain, alpine and goat dishes.

Alpine products such as alp cheese, alp ham, mountain sausages, goat cheese and butter can also be purchased directly on the alp.
