Analysing terrain data
Vista is a steep run which drops sharply away, through a natural gully to the bottom of the Silver Star Chairlift.
From the top, fittingly, there is an incredible vista of Park City and the valley beyond, this view gives away quickly as you drop through between the aspens and pines down to Ligety Split.
This run is groomed on occasion, but one can find some fantastic snow on powder days here, yet take care as it can be fairly icy later in the season.
The run isn't too wide, so this is not a great one for intermediates to lay their turns and improve their confidence, although not hugely challenging for advanced skiers, this run can be fairly tricky for intermediates progressing.
