Description

Jaws 3D is the most skied of the Jaws Chutes.

It is quick and relatively easy, especially later in the year.

The run out of Jaws 3D stays pretty smooth.

It can get sluffed out by patrol, but will usually hold powder.

Ski down Shlushies lift line and head North just past the second rocky section, about 600ft down the face.

You'll be looking down an upper funnel that is left of a large overhanging rock face.

Get to the bottom of the funnel, where the crux is and figure out how to get through.

Early this is really gnarly, but later you may be able to ski through no problem.

Keep it together on the run out, resisting the urge to scrub out left, but heading into the wider fall line apron.
