Description

The hike runs from the village square Schwarzenberg via the parcels Freien and Maien to the Lorenapass.

From here you hike on the horizon from Schwarzenberg to the local mountain Hochälpelekopf and enjoy a beautiful view of Schwarzenberg and the mountains of the Bregenzerwald.

Then it continues over the Geißkopf to the Bödele.

From here you can take the bus back to Schwarzenberg or you can climb further up to the Hochälpelekopf via Oberlose - Lank, where the view of Lake Constance opens to the west.

The way back to the starting point of the hike leads you through so-called "Vorsäße" and numerous hamlet settlements typical for Schwarzenberg, which are continuously signposted and marked with the colours yellow-white or white-red-white.
