Central Chute begins straight below Rendezvous Bowl (the rope line will guide you in) and dumps you into Cheyenne Bowl.
It is short but steep and a few ski lengths wide.
On a powder day you will find Central Chute easy as you can point through and dump your speed below in the bowl.
After a dry spell, the chute is a different animal.
The moguls which will undoubtedly develop will swallow you whole and there’s nowhere to shut your speed down below as it will also be full also moguls.
If you’re into challenges, Central Chute in dry conditions will surely suffice.
