Description

In the spring of 2018, a new via ferrata was built on the huge Fallbachwand with the waterfall of the same name, which had previously only been known to ice climbers.

This long, medium-difficulty via ferrata, which always runs along the right side of the Fallbach, offers great views and a sensational via ferrata experience in Dalaas in the Klostertal.

The via ferrata has no maximum technical difficulties, but the sum of the many C and C/D passages and above all the length make this climb a challenge even for experienced via ferrata climbers.

Conclusion: This via ferrata is definitely not for beginners, but an absolute must for enthusiastic via ferrata climbers with the appropriate experience and endurance!
