Description

Upper powderhorn is about as steep as a blue can get before it's a black;definitely one to avoid if you're used to mellow blues.

Tackle runs like Hemlock, Lower Main and Dogwood before this run.

It's a great stepping stone between blue and black as it's a wide groomed run, with a pretty much flat run out at the bottom before it splits into Bashful, Pyramid and Lower Powderhorn.

A berm can form at the top skiers left that is fun to ride; keep an eye out for it.
