Description

You can begin this short hike straight from the ferry terminal at Snug Cove.

It's a relatively easy, short trail, but does include some steep sections.

Head through the field and picnic area and into the forest.

The trail gradually climbs up, when you reach a road turn left and follow the steep trail up to the look out point.

You'll notice a selection of Arbutus trees at Dorman Point, native to the Pacific Northwest and Canada's only native broadleaved evergreen tree.

After taking in the beautiful views across the Howe Sound head back down the trail the way you came up.
