Description

The north-east slide path of Bridger Peak is not one to be taken lightly.

It windloads heavily from all directions and is essentially a long terrain trap.

One must be absolutely sure of the conditions before attempting this 2000 feet line.

There are many options to get out of the gully proper and ski the flanks in wide spaced trees, but they all eventually end up in the gully.

There are no rock cruxes in the main gully, but you should be certain that you will not trigger anything above.

Access this line from the Southern boundary of Bridger Bowl.

Head south, staying on the ridge past Saddle Peak and the Pinnacles.

Drop in a little before Bridger Peak, skier's left of the Treed Ridge and take the fall line down the line.

To get back to Bridger Bowl, take the South return skin track.
