Description

A moderately trafficked loop to the top of Mount Washington going up Tuckerman Ravine and down Lion's Head.

Tuckerman Ravine is very steep and should only be attempted when condition permit and if you have enough experience.

Mount Washington is the Northeast's tallest peak and the third tallest peak east of the Mississippi River.

It's home to the most extreme weather conditions in the world so proceed with caution.

If conditions seem undesirable then turn back and abandon the attempt.
