Description

A moderately trafficked loop to the top of Mount Washington going up Lion's Head.

The trail offers a beautiful view of the iconic Tuckerman Ravine and also goes by a lake.

Mount Washington is the Northeast's tallest peak and the third tallest peak east of the Mississippi River.

It's home to the most extreme weather conditions in the world so proceed with caution.

If conditions seem undesirable then turn back and abandon the attempt.
