Description

The North Bowl of Bridger Peak is very similar to the main bowl - it is about 2000 feet in length and around 35 degrees.

There are large cornices on top of the middle and skier's right entrances to the North Bowl.

This area slides often, so be knowledgeable about the current snowpack conditions.

This bowl is a little more wide open than the main bowl and it doesn't have many trees to avoid.

After about 1000 feet, you encounter a very wide gully for the rest of the descent.

It converges in the flats at the bottom with the main bowl.

Access Bridger Peak from the Southern boundary of Bridger Bowl.

Head South, staying on the ridge past Saddle Peak and the Pinnacles.

Continue almost to the top of Bridger Peak.

To get back to Bridger Bowl, take the South Bridger return track.
