When you exit the Lärchkogelabfahrt to the right hand side, you just keep going straight ahead where the piste number 5 bends off to the right - and there you are at the lovely Kraiterabfahrt! Compared to most of the other slopes along the Planai, this run is quite narrow but still great to ski.
The slope wriggles down through the woods and always keeps the same moderate difficulty.
For sun worshippers and elegant skiers this is the ideal place to be! If there is less snow cover in the resort, this slope can get easily icy at the top section.
After the sharp right turn midway through the slope gets more flat and and is spiked with gentle rollers.
Carving down this terrain is simply heeps of fun! Just watch out at the end of the slope when you enter the Lärchkogelabfahrt again, skiers from the top may cross your line and skiers form the Planai West gondola enter the slope dough.
At this point you can decide to either lift up with the Lärchkogelalmbahn or ski further down the Jagaabfahrt (attention - black slope).
