Description

Newly classified as a blue for 2015/2016, the short Allmi piste runs from the top of the Allmendhubel Poma, cutting across the Bob-Run to join it half way down to Mürren.

It is well equipped with snowmaking which makes up for its sunny position, and offers a good alternative to the Bob-Run if it is busy with ski school or tobogganers.

Head straight from the top of the Poma lift towards the Hog's Back and make a left down a narrow path (signs will point you in the right direction).

Cross the Bob-Run, being sure to be on the look out for walkers and tobogganers, and then bear right towards a wide open and sunny slope.

This section is quite steep in places, so beginners should avoid this by heading down the Bob-Run instead.

The final stretch runs through a series of old chalets and farm huts before it rejoins the Bob-Run and the Hindenburg piste - giving you the choice to either head back into town or down to the Schiltgrat lift.
